My teaching method

I give lessons in Japanese or English for students from 1st to 12th grade.

I will flexibly select and teach materials that suit each student, including school textbooks, commercially available reference books (Sanko-sho), Khan Academy, YouTube, and the problems I make on the spot.

I also provide online lessons using Google Meet and Zoom.

Rather than immediately teaching students how to solve problems, I aim to help them develop the ability to think for themselves.

I also stive to provide lessons by respecting students' autonomy, such as "I want to learn this" or "I want to use this study material".

More details of the support I have provided so far are given on the "My teaching method" page.

Student and parent feedback

Thankfully, I have received many positive comments from my students and their parents!

I am really happy that my son was able to advance to college without any problems and that he has started a part-time job and gained confidence in himself.
I was surprised that a child who hardly ever left his room could change so much in a year. Also, I was worried because I didn't have many people to talk to about my son, so it was very reassuring to have someone listen to me. I think that Ito-sensei is a wonderful teacher who gives both children and parents a sense of security.
Thank you so much for your guidance!
