Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

A handling fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure.
- Please note that, as a rule, we do not disclose non-personal information such as access logs or behavioral data.

- If a user believes that their personal information held by us is incorrect, they may request correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) according to our prescribed procedure.
- If we determine that such a request is necessary, we will promptly make the correction, etc.
- When a correction is made—or when we decide not to make one—we will promptly notify the user.

- If we are requested by the user to suspend or delete the use of personal information (“Suspension, etc.”) on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the stated purpose or obtained improperly, we will promptly conduct an investigation.
- If, based on the investigation, we determine that the request is justified, we will promptly suspend or delete the information.
- If we decide not to suspend or delete the information, we will promptly notify the user.
- However, if suspension or deletion requires excessive cost or is otherwise difficult, we will take alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests.
Article 9 (Changes to this Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified, the revised Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
